How to order your AVOCADO meal

Step 1 - Check the menu and pick your day & meal
Find the meal you want, check the date and category it appears in.
Example: If the dish you want appears in the Classic column on Wednesday, select Classic Meal and choose Wednesday date as the delivery date.
Step 2 - Select and add to cart
Scroll down and choose the category that corresponds to the dish you selected in the weekly menu. Each category is available with or without dessert. Choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.
Step 3 - Review your cart
Check your selected meal(s) and quantity.
Select the delivery date corresponding to the meal you chose.
Enter your employee/member ID. If you do not have one, enter 0.
Click Order now.
Step 4 - Enter your email to create an account
Enter your email address, confirm, and continue.
Step 5 - Choose your payment method and set your company address
Pay using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit or debit card.
Shop App, Apple Pay and Google Pay are recommended for faster future orders without manual card details entery. Follow the instructions if you choose those options.
Important: Enter the address of your company as the billing address - not your private address. Once set, those details will be saved for all future orders.
Step 6 - Submit your order
Complete checkout to submit your order.
Once the applicable cutoff has passed, the order if finally confirmed, payment is collected, and you receive a confirmation email.
Note: The checkout screen confirms that your order was submitted successfully.

Your account and company information are saved after your first order. When you use Shop App, Apple or Google Pay, your payment information is also saved for faster checkout.
For future order, you only need to choose your meal, select the delivery date and click pay.
Frequenty Asked Questions
Can I order for several delivery days?
Yes. You can order for the whole published week. Place a separate order for each delivery date before the respective cutoff. This makes individual day cancellations and changes easier for you.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Email business@avocadomeals.com with your order number before the cutoff. Orders cannot be changed/cancelled afterwards.
Where do I collect my meal?
Meals are delivered to your company during the delivery window. Your company organises internal collection and distribution.
Do I need to enter my information again?
No. Your account is automatically created and necessary info is saved after your first order. If you use Shop App, Apple Pay or Google Pay your payment details are saved as well. You will just need to select the meal, date and click Pay for a new order.
